Hi, i enjoy the OpenATM project very much. gives me a chance to get my own F lessons at the privacy of my home.
i am a CFP living and working in Israel. i have the privilege of using the original AY recordings (in hebrew of course). i would appreciate if you mark the reel #, track and lesson # when you give the reference to AY.
btw, tried the “bum bouncing” today, couldn’t make it to the end, it hurt too much to try and bounce. otherwise the effect on the back, pelvic and foot arch was amazing. thank you all who contribute to this important project.
