I’ve posted a new ATM that was recorded on Oct 4th 2010. The lesson is a variation of the classic “Pelvic Clock” lesson and is part 4 of the introductory ATM series that I taught. A few versions of Moshe teaching this lesson were recorded in his public workshops, it appears in his ATM book, and many other ATM teachers have recorded and taught versions of it. It is perhaps the most classic of all ATM lessons in that it is both exceedingly simple yet highly effective. This version is an introductory version, however note that more complex versions involving simultaneous head and pelvic clocks are out there and are really fun to do once the basic movement is clear.
The lesson can be downloaded from the ATM Recordings Page. I hope you enjoy the lesson and look forward to any thoughts or feedback.

The sound-quality is lousy, its impossible to follow the lesson (at least for me).
hi henk, you are right that the audio quality is poor. some of it early on was the microphone rubbing against my sweater (i think) but i had fixed it. I do not know why the audio level is so low later. regardless, i’ve taken the lesson down from the site. thank you for pointing this out.
this site is awesome, keep the ATMs coming. I’m doing a couple of your ATMS on the Opening the Chest Series at the moment. Excellent stuff, love it
hello chris, great to hear from you all the way in perth. stoked you are enjoying the site. we’ll be adding more lessons soon. -falk
Hey Falk,
Tried Opening of the shoulders part 2 and was noticing alot of activity in my shoulders while doing the finger lesson….would you say there’s greater ease in finger movement when the soulder’s involved? Also, noticed movement or engagement in the opposite non-moving hand and some jaw tightening.of how I ..any suggestions of how I could use this?
I am curious about the lesson “Covering the eyes”, which seems to be unaccessible.
I it me?
thank you in advance,
Margaretha
