Hi Falk,
This was serendipitous find. Thank you,For this and for maintaining the site. When I get back to teaching classes and figure out the recording I will contribute.

Today I am working with a 6 yr old with a brachial plexus injury and needed a lesson to integrate the elbow and wrist. We have worked with the shoulder off and on for many weeks and she is beginning to differentiate it from the Ribs, but the elbow has no concept of rotation(nor the wrist of extension) and I will see how this can work aS an FI ATM. Thanks again and
Hope you a doing well. Renee

The Jelly pudding Pelvis is amazing. So little movement and so much difference in how I lay on the floor. It's great for relaxing tonus in the core. Thanks for posting Liz.

Enjoyed the variation of putting cushion under leg and rolling pelvis over hip joint... Thank you for this and all the great lessons you so generously make available... this is my second time performing your lesson series... one stylistic point... I really like when you end the lessons with "and that's that..." it sort of sums up the whole feldenkrais philosophy... Thanks again

Merci Olena, thank you!

Today was my first ATM session with you! I was introduced to Feldenkrais ATM at a TOPS rally last Fall. Ever since I have been hooked with ATM, my day is not the same if I do not apply the ATM principles. Today I chose "the tilting legs in and out on back"recording. It was awsome. Having had two surgeries last year, left knee replaced and right new hip replacement, it has been ongoing journey in recovery,ATM has and is making my life so much more joyful with every move I feel more balanced and alligned, hence much happier.
Thank you for sharing with us!
Live, Love, Laugh, learn and be happy!
